Is Scott back with Kourtney Kardashian as she celebrates her birthday?

Kourtney spent her 38th birthday with Scott,probably,their 3 kids and also, Kim's daughter, North, at Disneyland in LA. 

She however revealed minutes ago that she arrived home to find surprise bouquets of flowers and a balloon design in her room that spelt: "HBD Wifey". Most probably from Scott or maybe a secret husband.
